The two-party system is a problem that can’t be ignored

It has become apparent that there is no longer any belief in the truly free democratic system. No longer do citizens, including leading members of the PunkVoter.com community and former financial contributors to the Green Party presidential campaign, believe that we live in a system where any man has the power to run for, and win, a seat in a major public office such as the position of President of the United States of America. Why is it that those who claim to be of the most liberal ideology and way of life, think that now it is too late to resurrect the fight for a multiple party system? Granted it has been proven that several election (1992, 2000, and 2004) were the direct result of voting for third party candidates, I still ask the question “Is there any salvation in sight? Is there any real hope for destroying the two-party systematic way?” As much as I would enjoy being able to say, “Yes, there is a solution,” and right away lay out a definite plan to bringing this social injustice to an end, I simply cannot, because this problem has stemmed out of more than a century’s worth of ignorance. This problem has gone beyond a simple and immediate plan of action, or any plan of action that has been advocated to this date. I have no idea how to fix the ignorance of generations before my time, and I certainly don’t know how to unify the masses of modern times to come up with a practical solution, but I do however posses the power to bring a slightly larger awareness to this particular matter, and by authoring this short flyer, I hope to help bring this currently unsolved, and widely unknown, issue to a larger scale. Remember, just because you have no solution, doesn’t mean you should ignore the problem.
